These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BAULIFE ("we", "us", or "our"), including our Shopify applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
BAULIFE develops and operates Shopify applications and direct-to-consumer brands. Each Service may have specific features, pricing, and usage requirements as described on its respective page or listing.
Our Shopify applications are available to merchants with an active Shopify store. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Pricing and billing terms for each Shopify application are described on the respective app listing. Billing for Shopify apps is managed through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
When using our Services, you are responsible for:
All Services, including code, design, and documentation, are the property of BAULIFE. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for the duration of your subscription or access period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAULIFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You may stop using any Service at any time. For Shopify apps, uninstalling the app ends your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the relevant platform's terms of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes where applicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
